The staff, from the security personnel to the manager on duty, exceeded my expectations with their warm welcome and exceptional service. The room, though spacious and well-appointed, hinted at the need for some refurbishment. While the décor was pleasing, a touch-up here and there wouldn't go amiss. On the plus side, the sea view room provided a picturesque backdrop, and the comfortable bed ensured a good night's rest after a day of exploration.The Sakura Restaurant deserves a special mention for its delectable offerings and generous portions. However, potential guests should note that while the location is convenient for exploring Jeddah's Corniche, ongoing roadworks nearby can make navigating the area a bit challenging.In terms of value, the Crowne Plaza offers a good balance between luxury and cost. While not the epitome of opulence, the hotel's amenities such as the fitness center, outdoor swimming pool, and spa & wellness center provide a touch of indulgence without breaking the bank.For travelers seeking a comfortable stay with attentive service and decent amenities, Crowne Plaza in Jeddah presents a compelling option worth considering.
